A flat resort course located near the ocean. Although most holes are
monotonous, some are strong holes due to the length and well-placed bunkers.
All par 4s require water carry but greenside bunkers come much more into
play than the water. Most water hazards are not strategically places,
since it is a resort course to promote good scores. This course is suitable
for beginner and intermediate players. Various palm trees enhance the
tropical atmosphere.

| It is a 25-minute drive from Nadi Airport and
the course is located within a huge resort area in Denarau. Since the course
is measured in meters, they are converted to yards for this review.

Eiichi Motohashi is Japanese and designed some courses in Japan such as
Royal Meadow Golf Stadium and Mellow Wood GC.
During my stay, I resided at the Westin Hotel in Denarau Resort and enjoyed
a dinner at the Nandi Farmers Club located just a 10-minute drive away.
The food was fantastic and inexpensive, not to mention had great river-side
atmosphere. However, because it was located by a river, there were many
mosquitoes to be alert of. |
