This is a hillside course surrounded by rainforests. It was formerly named as Sujana Impian. The holes are well bended with long and short par 3s, 4s and 5s, which make players to use 14 clubs thoroughly. The course utilizes the natural terrain and each hole is different, so it is fun to play. The Bermuda grass greens are well maintained, much faster than the typical Bermuda grasses. The layout is crafted in such a way that it blends naturally with its surrounding area of lush greenery.

2nd green

2nd Par 3 208 yards
A demanding par 3. The green is deep with 2 bunkers guarding the front right and left.

4th Par 4 455 yards
A long, straight and difficult hole. The fairway is tight with OB on the left and the right bunker 240 yards off the tee. The second shot is gently uphill. The green is big. Distance and accuracy are definitely imperative to low scoring this hole.

4th Par 4 455 yards (1)

5th Par 5 556 yards
A slight dogleg to the left. The tee shot is downhill and a carry of 230-250 yards is needed to go over a cluster of fairway bunkers on the left. The second and the third shots are uphill. There is a bunker on the right and a slope on the left of the green.

8th Par 4 387 yards
A straight hole with a downhill tee shot followed by an uphill second shot. Lakes line the fairway 230 yards off the tee, so an accurate fairway wood or long iron shot is needed. The small and perched green has some undulation.

12th Par 3 182 yards
A signature hole that requires a water carry. A precise shot is needed as the wide green borders water. You can also hit to the safety zone, the left side of the green, where water doesn’t come into play.

15th Par 4 437 yards (1)
A slightly dogleg to the right with a downhill tee shot followed by an uphill second shot. Bunkers 250 yards off the tee and a lake 290 yards off the tee guard the fairway of the landing area. The green is set on a plateau some 4 meters (13 ft.) higher than the fairway level and demands accuracy and perfect distance on the second shot.

17th Par 5 470 yards

17th Par 5 470 yards (2)

17th Par 5 470 yards (1)
A reverse “ S” shaped hole with a dogleg to the right at first followed by the green swung to the left. Even for a slightly uphill tee shot, the hole is undeniably short for a par 5. This hole is reachable in 2 and presents a perfect chance to score an eagle. I think that this short and easy par 5 should be changed into a demanding par 4 or the tee ground should be extended for some 50 yards backward for a more challenging par 5 because the layout itself is very good.

It is 50 minutes drive from Central Kuala Lumpur and 40 minutes drive from the airport. The distance is measured in meters. I could freely choose the tees to play
